Considering the existing streetscape improvements on College Avenue (between Main Street and Otey Street), this project carries a non-obstacle pedestrian promenade along the axis of College Avenue from Otey Street to the Drillfield, the social center of the campus. New public spaces with stormwater improvements and different functionality are created, and will provide more outdoor social and study spaces for the Donaldson-Brown Lawn, Newman Library, and CID Commons planned for the existing bookstore.
